How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose. With International Unregistered Mail, your package usually arrives within 5 to 7 days after it’s been dispatched. If you choose the Trackable Courier Service, it typically arrives a bit faster – within 3 to 5 days after dispatch.

Will I receive a tracking number?

If you go with the Trackable Courier Service, yes. Your tracking number becomes available about 3 to 4 days after your package is sent out. Unregistered Mail doesn’t include tracking, so you won’t receive a number with that option.

How can I track my order?

To check your order status, head over to the My Account section on our website. From there, select your Order ID from the drop-down menu and click on the tracking number. A new window will open showing the latest shipping updates. If your order was split into multiple packages, you’ll see a separate tracking number for each one, so you can follow every part of the delivery.

What exactly are generics?

Generic medications are essentially the same as brand-name ones when it comes to quality, strength, and effectiveness. The difference? Mostly in the name, packaging, and appearance. Brand-name pills often come with a recognizable shape, color, and logo – all of which are protected trademarks.

Generics don’t copy the look, but they do match what matters: the formulation. That means you’re getting the same treatment, just without the branding – and usually at a lower cost.

Is a prescription required to place an order?

Some medications require a valid prescription, while others can be ordered without one. If a prescription is needed, you’ll be asked to upload it during checkout. Our system makes it easy and secure to send your documents, and if you’re not sure, our support team can help you figure out what’s needed.

How do I know if the medications are safe?

All medications we provide – both brand-name and generic – come from licensed manufacturers and pass through strict quality checks. Generics contain the same active ingredients and meet the same standards for safety, purity, and effectiveness. If you have any concerns, our experts are happy to answer questions about the medication you’re taking.

Why do the pills look different from what I’m used to?

If you’ve ordered generic medications, you might notice that the pills don’t look the same as the brand-name versions. That’s completely normal. Generics can vary in color, shape, and markings because the original brand’s appearance is trademarked. What matters most is the active ingredient inside – it’s exactly the same.

What does the packaging look like?

Unregistered Mail arrives in a regular envelope, while Trackable Courier orders are delivered in packaging provided by the courier company. Both options are discreet and secure.

Can I use a PO box or APO address?

No – please use a regular street address. Courier services can’t deliver to PO boxes or military addresses like APOs.

What if I ordered a large quantity?

If your order includes 90 pills or more, it will be split into several packages. These will be shipped on the same day to help with customs clearance and smooth delivery.

What if my order doesn’t arrive on time?

Sometimes, delays happen – especially due to customs checks, local postal holdups, weekends, or holidays. If your package hasn’t arrived by the expected delivery date, don’t wait. Contact our 24/7 Customer Support team by phone, email, or live chat.

We’ll look into it right away and make things right. In most cases, we’ll either send a free replacement or issue a full refund – whichever option works best for you.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can usually cancel it or make changes. Reach out as soon as possible if you need to update anything. Once an order is dispatched, we’re unable to make changes, but we’re always here to find a solution that works for you.

Will the packaging reveal what I ordered?

Not at all. Every order is shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with nothing on the outside that hints at what’s inside. We take privacy seriously, and that includes how your order arrives at your door.

What happens if my package is held at customs?

Delays at customs are rare, but they can happen. If your order is held up, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue. If it’s blocked entirely, we’ll either resend your order at no extra cost or offer a refund, depending on what works best for you.
